Q1: Can you split the files into individual songs?

A1: No. Be thankful these are even being released. Time constraints prevent splitting every track up. However, you are encouraged to split the files and rehost them yourselves (under the license outlined above). Audacity is free and will do the trick. DIY or fucking die.

Q2: I'm in band XXXX. Can we use our feed for a release?

A2: There is some questionable legality and just general professionalism here. All sets have been mixed and mastered by Len Carmichael, a professional audio engineer. These files are released for FREE, but if your intent is to include them on a commercial release (vinyl, CD, tape, digital download, etc) please contact Len at lencarmichael[AT]gmail[DOT]com. He and hate5six.com technically own the copyrights. Basically, if you're going to sell these recordings, or some derivative thereof in some some capacity, Len should be compensated for his incredible effort on these mixes. He can also provide you with a higher quality mix to suit your purposes.
